- 50% due upon booking; remaining 50% due 14 days before arrival
- 14-day cancellation policy; full refund up to 14 days before arrival
- A short-term lease and amenities waiver will be sent 14 days before your reservation and must be signed 14-days before check-in

- Nightly rate: $430
- Cleaning fee: $250 (one-time)
- Delaware Occupancy Tax: 4.5%
- Security deposit: $500; due 14 days before arrival, refundable
